Priyanka Chopra’s Unfinished is positioned on the New York Instances bestseller checklist
Priyanka Chopra Jonas wrote a thank you letter for her fans when her memoir, Unfinished, was listed on the New York Times bestseller list.

Actress, producer, activist, and UNICEF goodwill ambassador, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has always been a high-flyer, and she added another hat to her hat that the author made when she recently published her memoir, titled Unfinished. And now, the book that has wowed audiences around the world was added to the New York Times bestseller list less than a week after it was published. Actress Dil Dhadakne Do posted a video clip on her Instagram that included the cover of her memoir as well as some images that mark important milestones and crucial moments in the life of actor We Can Be Heroes. The White Tiger actress added words of thanks for her fans to the video and wrote: “Soooo, that happened … in less than a week … The New York Times bestseller list! Thanks to everyone who supported # Unfinished. Infinitely grateful. “
Celebrity followers, including veteran actress Neena Gupta and more than 67,000 fans, liked the post, while many congratulated actor Isn’t It Romantic in the comment section. The memoirs speak of the Bajirao Mastani actor’s life and career to date, and feature funny anecdotes and painful events that made the actor come through the book, which has been described as a series of “personal essays, stories and observations” have what it is today. The “thoughtful and insightful” memoir takes readers on a journey through Priyanka’s childhood in India, the teenage years she spent in the United States with her extended family in the Midwest, in Queens, and also in the suburbs of Boston, where she was racist was exposed. The book then moves on to her return to India, from where her trip surprisingly earned her the Miss India and Miss World titles, leading to her launch in Bollywood. Priyanka had spoken in a statement about her upbringing: “I am a product of traditional India and its ancient wisdom, as well as modern India and its urban bustle. My upbringing was always a fusion of the two Indians and also of East and West. “
On the labor front, star The Sky Is Pink most recently starred alongside Rajkummar Rao in the film adaptation of Aravind Adiga’s Man Booker-winning novel The White Tiger. Directed by Ramin Bahrani of Fahrenheit 451 and 99 Homes, The White Tiger was produced by Priyanka along with Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Ava DuVernay as executive producer. Priyanka will also appear in the upcoming romantic drama “Text for You”, directed by Jim Strouse.
