New York Yankees Spring Training Live Updates against Philadelphia Phillies

TAMPA – Another Day, a new spring training exhibition game for the Yankees.

New York welcomes the Phillies to George M. Steinbrenner Field on Sunday afternoon to seek revenge after they beat Philadelphia 15-0 on Thursday.

First inning

Jordan Montgomery does a quick job with the Phillies at the top of the first, beating Didi Gregorius first in a 10-pitch.

In the lower half of the frame, Giancarlo Stanton tore a double into the left corner of the field at 109.4 mph. However, with the runners in second and third place, Luke Voit struck to end the inning.
