“Grinch” seen stolen Christmas decorations from the household courtyard in Queens, New York

According to a family in Queens, New York, on December 14th, a man was caught by a surveillance camera while taking an oversized Nutcracker Christmas decoration from a front yard.

Ring shots by Diana D’Alessandro Coppola show the person getting out of their car, walking up the courtyard and removing the decorations.

According to Coppola’s post, the Grinch is a repeat offender.

“That disgusting piece of scum came to our house three times last night and stole half of our Christmas decorations,” she wrote. “If anyone knows us, you will know that we love Christmas and everything that comes with it.

“This year? With everything that’s going on in the world? We just wanted to bring a little joy into our lives and those of our neighbors,” she added.

The decorations have not yet been returned, Coppola told CBS2. The family told local media that the decorations couldn’t cost more than $ 200 but were of sentimental value. Photo credit: Diana D’Alessandro Coppola via Storyful
